Blind Drive
The team members' objective is to aid a blindfolded colleague on a drive around a challenging course. Success is totally dependent on the communication skills and instruction of all the participants involved.
The team must maximise the drivers ability to interpret, understand and respond to their commands. The activity highlights effective teamwork, trust and clear communication skills in an enjoyable and conducive environment.
